Yarn Displacement Unit / Yarn Break Switch
It’s designed as optional to avoid wearing the muffs. Base yarns move as transverse in order to hinder corrosion of rubber. So base yarns to continue move on same tension.
Yarn Break Switches are controlled to prevent defective production. When yarn snaps, these switches stop running of the head automatically.
High Speed Head / Opening Ankle System
High quality yarn production, silent operation and low vibration are obtained thanks to this special designed head which increase its speed to 18.000 rpm.
Thanks to Opening Ankle System drivers can be adjusted when the machine is in operation. While adjust drivers pressure adjustment to provide longer life for caliber, razor and drivers.
Yarn Guides / Balloon Breaker
Yarn Guides provide to quality and efficiency twisting thanks to lubrication ring and yarn guards.
According to ring frame moving Balloon Breaker moves up or down. In case the yarn winding to bobin on same tension during every steps of production.
Transmisson System
Each two spindles are controlled by one motor in order to provide more efficiency and high quality. With new modern design, spindles, heads, twisting gearbox and blades moving speeds change easier while belt move between steps of pulley.
Tackles and Rings
The Ring Frame speed can adjust from Control Panel. Rings have diameters with 115 mm (special order 127 mm) Lubrication system has single canal. There are yarn guides in order to wrap properly in accordance with the movement of the tackle.
Creel Feed and Technical Specifications
